Making sense of AI, operations, and what comes next.

I help organisations integrate AI thoughtfully, redesign how they work, and build the operational foundations that make growth sustainable.

THE MOMENT
AI is reshaping every industry. But most organisations are overwhelmed, not empowered.
The gap isn't technology — it's knowing how to integrate it into how people actually work.
You don't need a tech team. You need a clear-eyed guide.
WHAT I DO

AI Strategy & Integration

Most AI initiatives fail because they start with the tool, not the problem. I work with your team to identify where AI creates genuine value — then build the systems and skills to make it stick.

  • Capability assessments & workshops
  • Tool selection and implementation
  • Team enablement and adoption
  • Ongoing advisory

Operational Design & Fractional Leadership

When you're scaling, the processes that got you here won't get you there. I step in as a fractional Head of Operations to redesign how your organisation runs.

  • Process audit and redesign
  • Systems architecture (CRM, PM, workflows)
  • SOP development and team alignment
  • Fractional ops leadership on retainer

Start small. Move fast. Make it stick.

Diagnostic
A focused assessment to find the 2–3 changes with the biggest impact.
Design
We map the solution together — systems, processes, people.
Deliver
I guide your team through implementation, or embed alongside you to get it done.
Oli Michelet

Olivier Michelet

French-Australian, based in Melbourne. I've spent over a decade helping organisations untangle complex operations and make better decisions with technology. My work sits at the intersection of digital transformation, CRM and systems architecture, and applied AI, with a focus on turning messy, manual processes into something that actually scales.

I've led enterprise programs end to end, reshaping how organisations manage customers, automate operations, and put AI to work in ways that stick. I also lecture in AI and Marketing at RMIT University, which keeps me close to what's emerging and sharpens how I communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences.

My belief is simple: the best technology doesn't announce itself. It just makes work feel easier.
